Get a tupperware container and slice up different kinds of fruit…berries, apple slices, orange slices, melon, cherries, etc.
Pack peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

I’d recommend traveling with a small cooler or a lunch box with one of those cooling compartments… I’d slice up some fruit and vegetables and put them in little ziploc bags. I’d take crackers and cheese, or dried fruits like raisins and prunes. You can take some nuts. Applesauce, jello, pudding. Pretzels.

Pure Protein brand protein bars are amazing. Granola bars would be another option. Fruit – grapes, bananas and apples. String cheese, pretzels and well everyone needs something really sweet – chocolate chip cookies.

Nuts, dried fruit, fruit that doesn’t have to be kept cold, baked chips (if you need a chip fix), fiber enriched crackers, etc.

16 hour drive? WOW! Maybe some Ritz crackers with maybe some spray cheeze on it? Granola/cereal bars is a great idea !
